    Will of "Robert Crosman aged Seventy Eight years and all tho under great weakness and painfull destress of body", dated 20 Aug 1736, proved 18 Apr 1738, names son Nathaniell Crossman; my two grand sons Stephen and Nathaniell Crossman; grandson Seth Crossman (son of my son Seth Crossman); rest of my son Seth Crossmas Children viz: Jeremiah, Robert, Sarah, Susannah and Hannah Crossman; daughter in Law Susanna Crossman; my daughter Hannah Packard Late of Bridgwater, her sons Israel and Robert Packer; daughter Elizabeth Luscombe confirming unto her children the house and land where my son in law franciss Luscombe now dwells; grandson Robert Luscombe; grand children Robert Luscombe and Richard Luscome and their sister Elisabeth and to the Children of Mary Willmouth deceased; remaining part of personal estate to son Nathaniel (2/5); to daughters of my son Seth viz Sarah Susanna and Hannah (1/5); daughter of Hannah Packer late of Bridgewater (1/5); and Richard Luscombe and his sister Elizabeth (1/5).     2 May 1747: Petition noting that of the grandchildren Jeremiah, Robert, Sarah, Susannah and Hannah Crosman were given several pieces of undivided land, and "som of s'd children being ded" with heirs, specifically mentioning a two year old minor child of Hannah, request guardians be appointed and division made. Signed by William Hoskins Jr guardian for Sarah['s] Child, Benj'a Hodges guardian for Robbard Crosmon. 16 Jun 1748: Division among Jeremiah Robert Sarah Susannah and Hannah children of Seth Crosman late of s'd Taunton deceased: 1/30 part (appears to be 1/6 of Jeremiah's 1/5, he leaving no issue) to each of: Susannah Crosman mother to the deceased Jeremiah; to Seth Crossman brother to the deceased Jeremiah; to Robert Crossman; to the representatives of Sarah she being deceased; to Susannah; to Hannahs representatives (she being dead)
