    Robert Browne was the only son of Abel Browne, not yet of age in 1698 when his father signed his will. He was of age at time of his marriage in 1701
    Robert died in 1769, his will dated 30 June 1765 and proved 2March 1769. His will names the following children:
    Abel, Benjamin, William, James, Priscilla Crafts, Comfort Latham, Rebecca Harrison, and grandsons Frederick and Elijah son of William.
