Bronson of Livonia for $70 a certain farm or piece of land in the northwest corner of Lot #2 in the township of Livonia; bounded as follows: on the north & west by lines of said lot; east by land of Elnathan B. Bronson; and south by land of Arthur Price, containing 50 acres.
