Greensboro News & Record (NC) - November 6, 2006 Deceased Name: ROBAH DALE SHOFFNER GREENSBORO- Robah Dale Shoffner, 71, died Saturday, November 4, 2006, at Guilford Health Care Center, Greensboro, following years of declining health.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at Pleasant Union United Methodist Church.

Mr. Shoffner was preceded in death by his parents Richard Shoffner Sr. and Lilian Shepard Shoffner and brother Richard Shoffner Jr.

Survivors include daughter Sandra Shoffner Long and grandson Steven Long of Reidsville; brothers, Eugene Shoffner of Greensboro, Terry Shoffner of Julian and Lynn Shoffner of Pleasant Garden.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Arbor Care and at Guilford Health Care Center for the care given over the years.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Pleasant Union United Methodist Church Building Fund, c/o Nancy Dunigan, 6136 Smithwood Road, Liberty, NC 27298 or to the donor's choice.
