Richardis of Sualafeldgau (Richwara; – 8 July 994) was Margravine of Austria from 976 until 994 as consort of the first Babenberg margrave Leopold I.

    Sie war vermutlich eine Schwester oder Halbschwester des Grafen Marchward I. von Eppenstein und die Tochter des Grafen Ernst IV. vom Sualafeldgau aus der Familie der Ernste. Dies wird auch durch die Namensgebung ihres zweiten Sohnes, Ernst, bestärkt. Leopold hatte mit ihr acht Kinder.
