13/14 May 1765: Richard Sturman son and heir of John Sturman dec'd by deed's of lease and releave bearing date the 13 and 14 days of may 1765. The said tract being formerly granted by the Lord Proprietor of the northern neck to Simon Connell of Prince William County by deed bearing date the 13 day of April 1731 and by said to John Connell his eldest son who sold to the same aforenamed John Steerman.
1773: Henry Gunnell to Alexander Henderson. Josph Watson purchased of Richard Steerman Son and heir of John Steerman decd sold 14 May 1765. The said tract being formerly granted by the Lord Prorietor of the northern neck to Simon Connel bearing date April 1731 then to his eldest son John Connel who sold to John Steerman in Prince William County.
