Will, 18 February 1796, of Richard Randolph, Jr., of the Bizarre estate, Cumberland County, Va., emancipating his slaves, declaring his moral opposition to slavery, providing land for their subsistence, and leaving the remainder of his property to his wife, Judith Tucker Randolph.
Resident of Cumberland County, Va.; son-in-law to St. George Tucker and brother to John Randolph of Roanoke.
