Richard MUCKLOWE, of Hodon Worchestershire, was married to Katherine ARDEN, daughter of John ARDEN of Warwickshire, Esquire of the body to King Henry VII. Katherine ARDEN was born about 1489 in Parkhall, Warwick, was a Cousin to Robert ARDEN who was the father of Mary ARDEN. Mary ARDEN being the mother of William SHAKESPEARE, thus establishing a connection to William SHAKESPEAR. In 1519 & 1520 Richard held the office of Churchwarden at St Helen's Church. He was charged with Manslaughter in 1530 When he killed a man with a dagger.The case was settled when Richard paid he widow 1,000 pounds.
