Son Richard: (Heir to 2 tracts of land as stated above, Negroes, Jack and Jupiter to be given to him in 1779; they are to stay on the Plant. until then; his equal share in the division of my Personal Estate)

Wife (not named): (during her Widowhood, the use of the Negroes, Shambo, Boatswain, Jack and Jupiter [until 1779], Hanah, Hagar & Little Hanah; 2 best beds and furniture; 2 best cows; 1 yoke of oxen; 1 horse named Hazzard; a hand mill; all the household furniture not given away; the use of the Negro boy Little Tarrington during her Widowhood; after her Widowhood ceases, all the Negroes, stock and household furniture to be divided equally among all my children)
