Graduated Annapolis, class of 1934, 12th in class, presidential appointment by Harding (my memory; needs to be verified). Graduate degree from Renssaler (sp?) Polytechnic Institute, Troy, New York (where I was born) in Civil Engineering. Naval Officer in charge of Public Works until retirement in 19--, retired as Captain and opened his own Civil Engineering firm. He was buried in Mount Hope Cemetery, San Diego, California.
