May 1805 Polly Redman, infant orphan of Thomas Redman being of the age of 14 years came into court and chose Richard Lee as guardian who entered into bond with David Morrison. [Hardin Co. KY Court Order Bk B p. 17]
22 June 1807 On motion of Mary Morrison it is ordered that the clerk issue a summons to Henderson Co. to cause Richard Lee to appear to give counter security for his guardianship of infant orphans of Thos. Redman . [Hardin Co. KY Court Order Bk B p. 165]
