Richard was a Justice of King William County. 1702 - King William County - Richard Wall of Bristoll, Merchant, power of atty to friend William Noyes, witnessed by William Holliday & RICHARD GISSEDGE. [WMQ, ?] 3 Mar 1702/03 - The will of Richard Gissage, written 3 Mar 1702/3 and entered for probate 20 May 1703, no longer exists. We know its contents principally from a series of articles, apparently written by Thomas H. Ellis, which appeared in THE AMHERST (VA) ENTERPRISE in 1879.
