RICHARD K. CRUMRINE OBITUARY
Richard Kenneth Crumrine, 74, of Waynesburg, died Monday, April 4, 1983, in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, as a result of injuries received in an automobile accident on March 24, 1983, near DuBois. He was born September 20, 1908, in Cumberland Township, a son of Walter and Elizabeth Stewart Crumrine. His wife, Lulu S. (Lou) Crumrine, died March 25, 1983, also as a result of injuries received in the accident. Mr. Crumrine had resided in the Waynesburg and Rogersville area for the past eight years. He recently retired as a butcher with Shop'n Save Grocery Stores in both Carmichaels and Waynesburg. Prior to that, he had been employed as a salesman with Erie Saws. Mr. Crumrine was a member of the Greene Valley Presbyterian Church, Carmichaels, and several Masonic organizations. Surviving are two brothers, Guy H. Crumrine of Austin and F. E. (Gene) Crumrine of San Jose, Calif.; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife, two brothers are deceased.
