Will of Richard Carvin of Botetourt County and State of Virginia being in a low state of health but of perfect and disposing mind and memory".
Names "my dearly beloved wife Lucy Carvin my tract of land whereon I now live in said County of Botetourt on Carvin's Creek containing four hundred and forty five acres and 130 poles also five negroes (one negro woman Juda, Do Dinah, Jacob, Lucy and Rubin) together with all of my stock of horses cattle sheep and hogs also all my farming utediales of every description also all my housefold and kitchen furniture of every description to be disposed of as she may think proper".
Appoints "my friend Joel [?] Crumpacker and my loving wife Lucy Carven Executor and Executrix".
