Unto my daughter Molley my land which lies between Mr. James Madison and Charles Beale containing about 880 acres. Also my three Negroes Candace, Cicily and her child Sarah (the last two mentioned in lieu of a Negro girl Winny who was given to her by her sister Mary Willis before her marriage with Mr. Wm. Dangerfield in a deed executed in Orange Court by the said William Dangerfield 27 Aug. 1763 which Negro girl Winney for sundry misdemeanours I sold to Thomas Stewart). In case Molly of any other person should sue to recover Winney then the part of my estate devised to Molly shall be liable and subject to the persons from whom Winney should be recovered.
Unto my daughter Anne my land which I bought of Wm. Richards in Orange County adjoining the land that I bought of Anthony Samuel.
£100 current money may be raised out of the profits of my estate and laid out for land adjoining or as convenient as can be got to the land I have given unto my said daughter Anne, which I give to Anne. If my executors should not think it proper or advantageous to lay the £100 out in land, I give the money to Anne.
For more certain raising the £100 as well as the support of my wife Elizabeth and maintainance and education of all my children, all my estate be kept undivided untill my daughter Molley attains the age of eighteen years or marrys or untill my said wife Eliza. shall marry.
