  4.   It appears there were two Josiah Welles from Wethersfield. The second was born 30 April 1722 ( "Connecticut, Births and Christenings, 1649-1906," index, FamilySearch [[1]] He marries Anna Stillman.
    This Josiah's parents were John Welles and Mary. A Josiah Welles born about 1743 marries Rebecca Deming.
  5. ↑ Rhoda is included in her father's Will, probated in 1752, so she was still alive at that time.
