Indenture, 21 March 1833 between Richard L. Boulden and Eliza Boulden of Cecil Co., MD and Jesse Lake and Reuben Lake, of Cecil Co., MD Whereas Richard Boulden and Eliza Boulden, as heirs of William Boulden late of Cecil Co., deceased, are entitled to 2 equal forth parts of that parcel of land in Cecil Co. called "the Three Bohemia Sisters" which by deed dated 10 Feb 1817 was sold to William Boulden by George Ray and Catharine his wife recorded in JS 13-15 Richard I.
