    WALDRON, Resolved Was in New Amsterdam before 1655. Served as Under Schont, Constable, and Overseer; died in Harlem, leaving a good estate of lands, slaves and farm stock. If not one of the richest, he was at least one of the best known of the early settlers in New York.
