    RITCHIE, Renvella, 47, passed away suddenly Sunday at her home in Lynden. She was born November 28, 1897, in Iowa and came west with her family, attending school in Lynden. Married to Gordon L. Ritchie in Vancouver, B.C., she resided in that city until the death of her husband, in 1943, when she returned to Lynden to make her home with her mother, Mrs. B. Brune, who survives her. Also surviving are two sons, Arthur Gordon Ritchie, of the Canadian air force, in Manitoba, Can., and Ronald, at home; one daughter, Mrs. Trecia Williams, Vancouver, B.C.; five brothers, Fred, Dave and Bert Brune, all of Lynden; Peter Brune, Denver, Colo., and Simon Brune in India with the U.S. army; and five sisters, Mrs. Dick Zylstra, Mrs. Dick Geleynse and Mrs. Hilding Osberg, Bellingham, and Mrs. L. C. O'Connor, Vancouver, B.C. The body is resting at the Knapp and Knapp funeral home in Lynden.
