Edward Foster [#9134], m. Remembrance Fletcher. Will of "Remembrance Foster of Chelmsford in the county of Middlesex, Widow", dated 16 May 1752, mentions daughter Mary Foster ["she being non compos mentis"]; "to my Son[s] Edward Foster, William Foster, Josiah Foster and Samuel Foster, and to my Daughters Remembrance Fletcher and Sarah Parker"; "Estate of my Brother Ezekiel Fletcher". Deacon John Warren of Chelmsford named executor, but he refused to serve. Letters given [to whom?] 29 Jun 1752. [Note: No information given about who administered this estate in John Warren's place, but see parent's page. Probably son William was named administrator with will annexed, as he, and only he of these heirs, participated in selling of Ezekiel's estate.]
