"The will of Rebecca Clark, dated Oct. 20, 1773, proved Aug. 1, 1778, states 'I consider that my late husband John Clark, Dec'd gave the Chief part of his Estate to his two sons and that Justice may be done more equally among my children,' she provides for her sons John and Benjamin Clark and 'my three loving daughters viz Rebeccah Johnson, Hannah Toles the wife of Henry Toles and Sarah Clark'; son-in-law Henry Toles to be sole executor [N.
