    In the NAME OF GOD AMEN. I Edward Mobberley in the County of Prince George and Province of Maryland Schoolmaster . . . my employ requiring my absence from my family at this time

    My wordly goods, . . . to be divided amongst my three children

    my Son Francis,

    if my wife Rebecca Mobberley depart this life before my children or any of them arrive at the age of sixteen years or is not capabale of providing maintenance for them, I desire Mr. Clement Hilland and Mr. William Diggs, Gent. to be their guardians until my sons severaly shall arrive to the age of eighteen years and my daughter sixteen years.
