    Raymond T. Pearson of Rydal Park died on Dec. 22 at his residence. He was 81.
    Mr. Pearson was founder and chairman of the board of R.T.P. Sales Inc. of Abington, manufacturing representatives for mechanical and electronic components. The business was started in 1948. He was a member of the Electronic Representatives Association and the Manufacturers Agents National Association.
    Mr. Pearson was a member of Frien[d]ship Lodge #400, F. & A.M., LuLu Temple Shrine, Benjamin Franklin Consistory, and was past president of the William Penn High Twelve Club.
    He was a member of Abington Presbyterian Church and served as elder. In 1958, he chaired the educational building committee.
    He is survived by his son, Raymond T. Pearson, Jr. of Dresher; two grandchildren; and a sister, Eleanor Moser of Palm Harbor, Fla.
    Services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Baron Rowland Funeral Home, Abington. Rev. Robert B. Sheldon will officiate.
    Friends may call after 1 p.m. A Masonic service service [sic] is at 1:15 p.m. Interment is in Whitemarsh Memorial Park.
