Marriage record of Raymond Lee Carey & Mildred Irene Bliss New York, County Marriages, 1847-1848; 1908-1936 https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:FFR2-2GQ This record gives Mildred's parents as Wilburn Bliss and Edith Burrett.

Based on earlier census records I assumed his birth location was prob Middlefield, Otsego Co., New York; but the information posted on his Find-a-Grave memorial page says he was born in Cooperstown, Otsego County, NY. So better documentation is needed.
