    The birthdate of this SSDI entry is the right year, but different date than what the WWI draft card and the Wisconsin births index agree upon. The death place is the right vicinity for our Ray. There was another Ray born in Green Co, Wis, abt 1900, and a number of other Ray Slaters in other states, so this wants some verification.
