At New Shoreham of the 18th ult. Ray T. Sands, Esq. aged 44 years. - He had been at some distance from home, and set out on his return about 7 o'clock in the evening, in usual health. In the morning he was found extended on the ground, a corpse. - He had been subject to fits of late, and from the position in which he lay, it is supposed that he fell from his horse in one of them, and perished by the extreme coldness of the weather.
