Ramona Maxine Mills, age 88, of Blaine, Washington, passed away on Friday, October 07, 2016. Ramona was born on May 13, 1928 in Olympia, Washington to Agnes and Ralph Olmstead. Ramona married Frederick Humbert, and had son Daivd Humbert, March 29, 1946. On December 19, 1947, she married Joseph Paul Mills in White Center, Seattle, Washington. Ramona and (Joseph) Paul spent the next 56 years together. They raised their family in Seattle before moving to Blaine, Washington Ramona is survived by her five daughters, Wendy (Jerry) Brann, Paula Ammons, Tamara (Shaun) Smith, Kimberly (Keith) Buckley, Karla (Eric) Eames, sister's Myrna Pickens and Norma Trapp, 12 grandchildren, and 13 Great grandchildren. Ramona was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Paul Mills, her son's David Lowell Humbert and Dallas Eugene Mills, as well as her grandson's John Ammons and Nicholas Brann.
