Know all men by these presents that I Rachel Tunis, widow of Moses Tunis late of the township of Manalapan and county of Monmouth and state of New Jersey desceased for and in consideration of one dollar in hand to me paid by the heirs of the said Moses Tunis deseased have and by these presents do re? release and forever quit claim and unto Thomas Tunis, Phebe Dancer, William Tunis, Josiah and George Holmes sons of Hetty Holmes, Sarah Vanderveer, Nancy Bu?er(n), Mary Butcher last Mary Rogers and Amelia Rogers wife of Amos Rogers the said heirs and to their heirs and asighns all manner of dower and rights or action of dower which I now have or might have of said and to all and every the land tenemants and real estate where of my said husband died seized wheresoever the same may be situate.
