Census says she was born in Mass. They are found in Peter's Corners, Erie Co New York, and resided in Alden, Erie Co, N Y in Dec 1827 where their second child was born.Death record says born in NY also she lived there 65 years. (That would make her 17 when she moved there.

Shiela had her sealed to a Levi Pierce who she found in that area. He served in the Revolutionary War, was wounded in the right hand by a musket ball, which took off two of his fingers, at Croton River near Vallay Forge. (Aug 1777) He enlist4d 2 Apr 1777 and was discharged 8 Apr 1778
