Widdow being very Sick and weak in body", dated 1 Nov 1707, proved 26 Jan 1708, small estate being one third given my by my first Husband, William Baker, two thirds purchased from his sons John Baker and William Baker, daughter Mary Haskell has been given more than her portion would have come to, son Nathaniel Baker had no part of his fathers Estate and is given whole estate. Son Nathaniel to be executor.
