    Phoebe Tate and Samuel Willson made their home near Brownsburg, Rockbridge County, Virginia in a house built in 1746. Samuel made two major additions around 1840 to 1850. The home Mulberry Grove is a Virginia Landmark and on the National Register. Mary (Sterrett) Lipscomb, daughter of Madison McClung Sterrett lived there.
