PERKINS, Phillip, d. Jacob, Jr., [born] Nov. 28, 1670. CT.R.
[Note: the 1669 date would have to be 1669/70 based on birth of older brother John in early 1669, which makes it unlikely these are two separate births. Since both use the 28th day, one would suspect it is a misinterpretation of the 11th month, once as November and once as January, but the written record (note a copy of the original) says November, and it appears that at least in this copy, it was partially written under 1669, before the complete record was put in 1670, which may explain how there ended up being two dates? Following Perkins, it is assumed only one daughter was born, on 28 Nov 1670, since that is the most harmonious with the births of the other siblings.]
