    Vol. 38, p. 602 7 Feb 1803: Philip White of Claremont Yeoman for $220 convey to Ambross Redfield of Claremont Gentleman a tract of land about 37 acres [sic, see next deed] in Claremont being the east end of my home farm. Also signed by Mary White.

  6. ↑ The identification of Andrew's son Philip as the one who married Ebenezer Conant's widow is a little speculative, but is very close to proven by the ages in the 1800 census, the husband being under 45 (Andrew's son born 1757 so 43) and the wife over 45 (Mary b. 1750 so age 50).
