25 Aug 1786: Amos Chase of Unity Gentleman for £150 convey to Phillip white of Claremont Yeoman a farm in Claremont of 100 acres.
Vol. 38, p. 602 7 Feb 1803: Philip White of Claremont Yeoman for $220 convey to Ambross Redfield of Claremont Gentleman a tract of land about 37 acres [sic, see next deed] in Claremont being the east end of my home farm. Also signed by Mary White.
Vol. 64, p. 512 28 May 1814: Philip White of Claremont for $1000 conveys to Sanford White of Claremont a tract of land in Claremont of about 73 acres being the farm sold by Ambrose Chase to Philip White except about 27 acres sold to Ambrose Redfield and now owned by Christopher Erskine.
Vol. 85, p. 321 7 Oct 1820: Philip White of Claremont for $500 conveys to Sanford White of Clearmont all right to a parcel of land in Claremont about 73 acres being the farm sold to me in 1786 except 27 acres sold to Ambrose Redfield and now owned by the heirs of Christopher Erskine. also signed by Mary White.
