4 Apr 1770: Request of Dorothy White that administration of her husband Andrew White Late of Dudley Deceased be given to "my son Ebenezar White". 9 Apr 1770: Bond of Ebenezer White Yeoman of Dudley as administrator of his Late father Andrew White late of Dudley Dec'd. 14 Apr 1770: Inventory of Andrew White late of Dudley Deceased: £411:14:4, by Sam'll Fairbank, William Carter, Edward Davis. 29 Apr 1771: Division of real estate of Andrew White Late of Dudley Deceased: one third to Widdow Dorothy White, rest not capable of division, settled on the eldest son. counter signed by Dorothy White (guardian for Dola and Perley); Ebenezer White; Asa White; Lydia White; William Carter guardian for John White, Rebecca White, Philip White and Martha White. 6 May 1771: Judge's decree settling land on Ebenezer White, he paying Lydia White, Asa White, John White, Rebecca White; Phillip White; Martha White; Dolly White; Perley White. 11 Jul 1771: Account of Ebenezer White adm'r of Andrews White, allowed. Vol. 57, p. 253 11 Apr 1766: Andrew2 White of Dudly Husbandman quitclaim unto Benj'a Roth of Dudley 10 acres sold to Andrew in 1765 as security for a note that Benjamin Roth has since paid.
- ↑ The marriage in 1744/45 suggests born by 1724, but he owns land in 1740 which suggests by 1719. Given his father is named Andrew and he may well be the oldest son, this would place his birth about 1714 or 1715. Andrew's birth is not recorded but a deed (cited on this page) identifies him as a brother of Philip, placing Andrew in this family.
