5 Oct l725 - Orphans Court held at Varina for Henrico County. Alexander Kilpatrick, who intermarried with Elizabeth Relict of Philip Martin, failing to appear and produce a certificate according to order of the September Court, it is ordered that he be summoned to appear at the next court to comply with said order.
