1733 Immigration: Philip Mire and Anna Margaretha Mire arrived at Philadelphia on the brigantine Richard and Elizabeth, under Captain Christopher Clymer, on 28 Sep 1733. Philip signed both the oath of allegiance and the oath of abjuration with his initial M. Anna Barbara Stammin [Anna Margaretha Stam's sister?] was on the same ship.

1733 Immigration: "Philip Filtzmeyer. Emigrated ca. 1733 [last entry in German records 7 Sept. 1732; first entry in Pennsylvania land warrant dated 1 Apr. 1734]. He is likely the Philip (M.) Mire, aged 36 (did not sign) on the ship Richard and Elizabeth, 1733.3112 Other passengers on the ship: Anna Margaretha Mire, age 40 (probably Anna Margaretha (Stam) Filtzmeyer); Anna Barbara Stamm, age 26 (sister of Anna Margaretha Filtzmeyer); children: Anna Maria (no surname given), age 4; and Anna Catharina (no surname given) age 1 1/2."

1775 Will: Filed 28 September 1775, Philip Filzmeyer, Heidelberg Township, to grandchild Margaretha Seitzinger, £10; to grandchildren, viz, Maria, Magdalena, Nicholas, Alexander and Michael, children of deceased dau. Maria, £10 to be divided, having given a considerable sum to their parents, Nicholas and Maria. All remainder to son Jost, who was also named as Executor. Letters of administration given to Verner Stam, nephew of deceased, the named Executor being deceased. Witnesses: William Reeser and Conrad Wirheim. Translation; original will in German signed 23 March 1769.
