    Idora Z. Carter, Executrix, etc.,
    vs.
    Phillip J. Ennis

    By virtue of an order of sale issued from the court of common please in Musgingum County, Ohio and to me directed in a certain civil action therein pending wherein Idora Z. Carter, as executrix of the last will of William A. Carter, deceased, is plaintiff adn Philip J. Ennis is defendant, I will offer for sale at the south front door of the court house in said county, on Saturday, the 12th day of June A.D. 189 at one o'clock p.m. the following lands and tenements, situated in Wayne township, Musgingum county, Ohio, and being the southeast quarter of the north-east quarter of section fourteen. township twelve and range thirteen (13), being forty acres more or less and being same real estate conveyed to said Philip J. Ennis, by Patrick Dugan and others by deed dated February 2, 1850, and recorded in said county deed records in deed book 17, on pages 113 and 114 to which reference is hereby made.

(formerly owned by Mary A. Dugan); on the south by south boundary line of said north-east quarter section; on the west by land of Henery Young, (formerly owned by Patrick Ennis); on the north by the north boundary line of said section fourteen, being thirteen and one-third (13⅓) acres more or less and being same real estate willed to Philip J. Ennis by Moses Ennis, by his will of record in book D, on page 556, recorded in said county probate court records.
