    A REquiem Mass will be celebrated at St. Cornelius Catholic Church at 10 a.m. tomorrow for Phillip Francis Egan, 62, of 390 So. 27th St., who died at his home yesterday. The cortege will leave the Ryan Funeral Home at 9:30 a.m. and the concluding prayer will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, San Pablo. The Rosary will be recited at the Ryan Chapel at 8:15 tomorrow.
    Mr. Egan, a native of Copperolpolis, Calaveras County, had been a Richmond resident for the past twenty three years.
