[edit] Will[From S2.] In the name of God Amen I Philip Dilino aged & infirm in body yet of perfect memory Doo ordain constitute & appoint this my Last Will & Testament. I bequeath my body to the Earth to be buried at the discretion of my Executor and my soul into the hand of God my Creator nothing Douting but at the Resurection my body shall rise again thrô the Mighty power of Christ my Redeemer who is the Resurection & the Life. And as for what worly goods it hath pleased God to bless me withall my will is that my honest Debts be payd & funeral charges be Defrayed. Imp'r: I give unto my son samuell (whome I appoint sole administrator) all my Lands upland meadow & swamp within the township of Middlebury or any other place whereof I have not made Disposall already with all my other goods moveables & cattle what so ever saveing unto my three Daughters (viz) my Daughter Martha Delino Martha harlow & Jane Delino I give unto my Daughter Harlow one cow I give unto my Daughter Jane one cow I give unto my Daughter Martha Delino widow one Cow & one swine my will is that that swine which is now fat be killed & spent in the family. Desireing to live peaseable & to dy[e] quietly & that all my Children may quietly agree after my Decease Desiring my brother Thomas to be overseer of this my Last will & Testament in conformation whereof I have set my hand & seal this Eleventh day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred & Eight in the presents of Thomas Delino, Samuel Weston, James ["S" his marke] Delino [signed] Philip Delino Proved 24 Dec 1708 References
