to my dearly beloved daughter Nancy Fugua my Riding Chair and harness also the Sum of Thirty dollars to be paid her yearly from the time of my decease until my son Richard Covington arrives to the age of twenty one years.
to my son William Covington one certain Sorrel horse
to my son Richard Covington one brown horse
to my two Sons William and Richard all my part of the Land Willed to me by my former husband Wm Covington deceased
to my Grand daughter Harriet Moore one feather bed and furniture when she arrives to full age or sooner if my Executorer think proper also one horse saddle and bridle of the value of one hundred dollars as soon as she arrives to full age
to daughter Nance Fugue four hundred dollars to be paid by my two sons as soon as Richard Arrives to full age
All the Remaining part of my Property I desire to be kept together until my son Richard arrives to full age and then Equally divided between William and the sd. Richard
