Virginia: At Rules held in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for Augusta county, the 4th day of December, 1865. James A: Fitch, Ex'or of Peter Fitch, dec'd, Pltf., against Wm. L. Leckie, adm'r debonis non, of John Roberts, dec'd, William B. Roberts, John Shutierley, and Elizabeth, his wife, Henry Weast, and Mary his wife, Jane Spitler, George E. Quidore, Albert Roberts, George Roberts, James Roberts. Robert Roberts, Wm. Johnston Fitch and others.. Defendants. The object of this suit is to obiaiu the legal title to a tract of land sold by John Roberts, dec'd, to said Peter Fitch, and Benj. F. Fitch, deo'd, lying in Augusta county.

The Defendants, George Roberts. James Roberts, the unknown children and decendants of Abner Roberts, dec'd, Abner Roberts, the unknown children and decendants of Amos Roberts, dec'd, Wm. Johnston Fitch, Erasmus H. Fitch, Robert R. Fitch, and Henry Kindig and Bettie, his wife, not having entered their appearance, aod it appearing by satisfactory evidence that they are not residents of this Commonwealth: It is ordered that they do appear here within one month after due publication of this notice, and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
