24 Dec 1815 Peter Coopriter and Susannah his wife of Harrison county in the Indiana Territory of the one part to John Coopriter of same... that for and in consideration of the sum of five hundred dollars current money of the United States to them in hand paid have given granted bargained & sold a certain lot or piece of Land situate lying and being in the county afs'd andy being a part of the Town of Corydon and designated on the map or plan of said town by the number 70 which was deeded by Anthony Heth/Hith and Rebekah his wife to the said Peter Coopriter 28 July 1813 and uly recorded in Deed Book A p. 68 and 69.
