1) 13 April 1774, patent issued to Leonard Boyer (Beyer), Plainfield twp.

2) 17 Feb 1775, Boyer and wf Anna Christina granted the tract to their son Peter Beyer.

3) Peter Beyer, their son, went into service and died, leaving a widow Elizabeth and 2 children.
