Peter re-married, after Hannah's death, a widow named Quince Emery. He drew up his Will on the 29th of January 1784 and makes bequests to all his, and Hannah's, children in it his Will except Silvester, who he requests act as trustee for the family after his death. The Will is witnessed by Sam West, Wm Cuthbert and Robert Lovell (who later that year marries Peter's daughter, Ann), the Will is proved on the 2nd March.
