Paris newspaper clipping, 1966 Word has been received of the death of Percy A. Hipple, who passed away at his home in Tampa, Fla., Saturday evening, after several months' illness. Mr. Hipple was the son of Tobias H. and Martha Morehouse Hipple, and was born in Paris Oct. 10,1889, where he lived until completing high school, after which he entered the building construction business. He served two years in the army, during World War One, then settled in Atlanta, Ga., where he continued in business for 38 years. He retired eight years ago, moving to Tampa, Fla., two years later. Surviving is his wife, formerly Dorothy Watkins, of Van Buren. Ark., a brother Paul R. Hipple, of Paris, and several nephews and nieces. Funeral service and burial will be at Ft. Smith, Ark., Tuesday afternoon.
