Obituary

She had resided with her mother in Oneonta, NY, where she was a valued employee of the Bell Telephone Company. Signs of lung trouble appeared, and by the doctor's advice the family removed to Texas hoping the change of climate might bring her relief. But her condition did not improve, and after a lingering illness she sweetly fell asleep.

She was a character of rare beauty, a worthy member of the Episcopal Church, and gave aspiring evidence of her trust in Christ. She longed to be back in the land of her birth, and among the friends of former years. Her friwnds were attempting the journey when the end came. God gave larger answer to her prayer, by taking her to that better home, and father and sister and brother, who had preceded her.

She was laid to rest in Morris, NY.
