Paul M. Terrill 93, of Danville, died on November 13, 2014. Paul was born on February 10, 1921 in Iowa to Dwight and Pauline (Laughner) Terrill. Paul married the love of his life, Gloria L. Parks on March 3, 1945 in Chicago. Paul was a graduate of Lebanon High School, Blackburn Junior College in Carlinville, IL, Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago and earned advanced degrees in biochemistry from Northwestern University. He served as a radar specialist in the U.S. Navy during WWII. Paul was a research bio-chemist at Eli Lilly & Co. for 33 years. He actively participated with the Western Masonic Lodge, the Scottish Rite, American Chemical Society, the Danville Public Library, the Society of Indiana Pioneers and the Sons of the American Revolution, as well as being a lifetime Quaker. Services will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 20 in Fairfield Friends Quaker Meetinghouse in Camby, IN, with visitation there from 4:30 p.m. until the time of service. Burial will be in Fairfield Friends Cemetery. Survivors include his wife of 69 years, Gloria; children, Christine (John) Gauder, Madison, WI, Rosalyn (Dwight) Ladd, Coatesville, Daniel Terrill, Coatesville, Miriam (Ned) Malone, Newberry, IN, Bonnie (David) Ross, Indianapolis; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and brother, Winston Terrill, Lebanon.
