   Paul C. Meyers, 70, of Meyersdale, died May 17, 1996, at his home.  He was born June 20, 1925, in Meyersdale, a son of the lateAlbert and Minerva (Paul) Meyers.  He is survived by three children: Alan Meyers of Indiana, Pa.; Paula, wife of Marc Rabinowitz of Hudson, Ohio, and Karen Elizabeth Meyers of Columbia, Md.; two grandchildren; also four sisters: Bernice Suder, Meyersdale RD 3; Jean Glass, Grantsville, Md.; Shirley Ramsey, Fredericksburg, Va., and Linda Gaskell of Worthington, Ohio.  Member of Meyersdale Grace Brethren Church.  Veteran of World War II.  Member of Meyersdale VFW and Elk Lick Trap Club.
