    Paul M. Loughner, 54, of Allegheny Township, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2013, in Allegheny Valley Hospital. He was born June 25, 1959, in Arnold, a son of the late Harry and Julia (Toney) Loughner. He had been a resident with Family Services of Western Pennsylvania since 1993. Paul attended Crawford School, and enjoyed eating out, music, dancing and visiting with his friends. Survivors include his roommates, Chris, Rob and Alan. Also surviving is his loving and caring staff of Family Services of Western Pennsylvania. Visitation 11 a.m. till the time of service at 2 p.m. Thursday in the DUSTER FUNERAL HOME INC., 10th Avenue at Corbet Street, Tarentum, 724-224-1526, with the Rev. Robert B. Walker officiating.
