    19 Mar 1812: Memorial of Amos Heald Nutting of Carlisle that "Paul Heald late of Carlise aforesaid, carpenter, within ninety days last past, died intestate ... leaving three children who are all minors; that Sarah Heald, the widow of said intestate has in writing relinquished her right to administration ... that your memorialist is a brother of said Sarah Heald and a creditor of said estate ..."
